Smoking policy: property is completely non-smoking

Guarantee policy: all reservations require a credit card guarantee due at time of booking.

No-show policy: in case of a no-show on the reserved date, we will charge one night’s room and tax.

Cancellation policy: special rates are not refundable. Please check your rate cancellation policy to verify if it has a specific restriction. Cancellations are not accepted during Easter Week and New Year’s Eve.

Family child policy: two children under 12 years old are free, sharing their parents’ room. To ensure the safety and well-being of your children, our front desk’ staff will kindly ask you to present the identification of each child at your arrival.

Pet policy: one pet is allowed per room (dog or cat) under an extra charge. Guests with pets must accept our regulations and restrictions apply. The hotel reserves the right to accept, deny or withdraw any accompanied guest of a dangerous pet or that is causing problems on the property.

Early checkout - just report your decision to the front desk 24 hours in advance.
Late checkout - $40.00 USD, according to availability
